Meet Jenny Golic

I'm a Greater Boston real estate advisor, entrepreneur, and member of the leadership team at Bowdoin Real Estate Partners. Clients know me for my strategic approach, strong negotiation skills, and genuine commitment to their goals. I believe great representation goes beyond finding a home or listing a property. It's about giving clients the insight, resources, and confidence to make the right decisions for themselves.

Having lived both in Boston and on the coast, I appreciate how varied the communities around Boston are, and I intentionally don't limit myself to one town or market. From the city to the North Shore, the South Shore, and everywhere in between, I help clients understand not just the homes they're considering, but the lifestyle, neighborhoods, commute, local businesses, and nuances that come with them.

That perspective is strengthened by nearly a decade owning and operating small businesses on both the North and South Shores. Entrepreneurship gave me an extensive network across the region and shaped an approach to real estate rooted in relationships, creative problem solving, marketing, and negotiation.

At Bowdoin, I help lead the brokerage while continuing to work directly with buyers and sellers. I'm backed by an exceptional team and a trusted network of lenders, attorneys, contractors, designers, and tradespeople my clients can rely on at every stage of a transaction and long after closing.

For sellers, I build an individualized plan to position and market each home, because no two properties or circumstances are alike. For buyers, I pair market knowledge with a willingness to dig deeper, uncover opportunities, and show clients both the potential and the realities of a property.

Above all, I work to make the process personal, transparent, and as seamless as possible. Buying or selling a home involves hundreds of decisions, and my clients should never feel like they're making them alone. A proud University of Notre Dame graduate, I returned to Greater Boston in 2016 and am grateful to call Massachusetts home. Outside of work, you'll usually find me with my family or my chocolate Lab, Chip, an unofficial member of the Bowdoin team.
